Hello, I found this site by chance and it contains my father's family. His name was George F. Goetz. He died on May 9th, 2009 in Winsted, CT. He was the son of Helen Harriet Cooper & George F. Goetz Sr. My grandmother was the daughter of Lewis Barnard Cooper & Nellie Rowena Burdick. I am familiar with the Barnards of Colebrook, CT. I have always wondered what happened to Nelson Barnard, husband of Augusta. he seems to have disappeared.
Very interesting site!

I have recently found that I have Barnard ancesters. I have spent the last 5 months doing the research that has led me to issues I see discussed here. I have seen most of these sources.
I have a question. I haven't seen activity on this site since last year at this time. Is it still viable?

Hi. I was just looking on your website and found my grandparents, Markham Johnston, Sr. and Gladys Roberta Riegg. I would like to update your information, if I may. Markham & Gladys had three children; Markham Jr., Eleanor, and as your site posted, Warren. Markham Jr died October 29, 2005 and I believe Eleanor died in 2006 or 2007. I am Markham Jr's biological daughter.

Dear Barnards,
I saw your website while looking for online information on the Barnards of Deerfield, Mass. Then I saw your posting about your family connection to Queen Victoria. It's actually quite simple to prove your connection to her. If you have an ancestry.com account, you click on the "home person" and under further options, you can select "relate to famous people." If you have any trouble, just email me. By the way, my connection to Victoria is that she loved to vacation at the Osborne House on the Isle of Wight. Osborne is named after my Osborne ancestry from England. Cheers, Damien

Jordon,

Great Site!

I found you while searching for Nathaniel Pinney III/Elizabeth Carrier.

I was wondering how you put TNG under a tab on your wordpress site. It appears that the entire TNG system is running _under_ Wordpress, and uses the WP theme as the wrapper.

How the heck did you do that?

Hopeful,
Jerry Milo Johnson
