NOTE: I am wondering why G. Cloudt was made guardian over r.b. jr. in 1862 when his mother was married to l.f. in 1858, I

thought foester got custody of him when she died?? Maybe who ever typed in these to dates right next to each other they got

them backwards!!??? I always heard that after she died Mr.Foester looked after jr. and helped him until he was grown.

Page 440, book 2, Catherine Foster is dead and Lewis Foster asks for administration of estate. May 29, 1863.
